Withdraw of Manuscripts
- Authors are not allowed to retract submitted manuscripts because such withdrawals are a waste of valuable resources, so editors and referees spend much time processing submitted manuscripts and the work invested by publishers.
- Suppose the author still asks for the withdrawal of the manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process. In that case, the author will be subject to sanctions according to the agreement to pay an amount of IDR 500,000 per manuscript, as a withdrawal penalty to the Publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if another accepts it.
- Withdrawal of the manuscript after the manuscript is accepted for publication, and the author will be punished by paying an amount of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript. The withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been paid to the Publisher. If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be blocked from publication in this journal. His previously published articles will be deleted from our online system.
